Philippine Agenda for the Adaptation Finance Accountability Initiative

The project will pursue engagement with the Climate Change Commission (CCC) including establishement of a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement aimed at (1) development of policy briefs to inform the operational rules of the PSF and ensure the effective application of provisions on direct access, transparency and accountability; and (2) development of tracking tools to monitor adaptation finance flows. This will also pursue engagement with the Climate Finance Group (CFG) particularly the Department of Finance which is the institution mandanted to manage donor funds coming into the country.
