Building resilient WASH markets in conflict affected areas in the Philippines

1) build WASH markets following time and tested social marketing strategies together with that of community -managed social enterprise development; 2) develop skills capacity on WASH technology and social marketing targeting poor women, with the necessary support of men; 3) provide opportunities for revenue -sharing to improve socio -economic conditions of the IDPs.
