Advocating for climate-resilient sustainable livelihoods

The project will pursue policy changes at three levels, namely: provincial/municipal, national, and international. Local initiatives will largely consist of developing a workable model for agricultural adaptation and climate -friendly farm technologies. National policy changes will be aimed at establishing a financing setup for climate adaptation projects such as those that Oxfam is supporting on the ground. It will also strengthen the contribution of Oxfam in the Philippines to the global campaign on securing a fair, ambitious and globally binding deal on climate change, building from COP17 in South Africa and beyond.
