This project aims to build a viable Moringa leaves production and marketing enterprise for poor men - and women -smallholders with EDP support. Impact -wise, it hopes to facilitate power shifts in the market and at the household level in favor of rural women -producers. Women are seen to increase their income as well as their negotiating space within households, in producers groups and when interacting with other market stakeholders in the Moringa value chain. The integration of women's economic leadership (WEL) in livelihoods programming is piloted under this project.
