Post Ketsana response -- the Philippines

This water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in a disaster risk reduction (DRR) framework project will be implemented in the provinces of Laguna and Rizal and aims to build capacities of disaster management agencies, local government units (LGUs) and communities to prepare for natural disasters in urban and peri urban areas with special attention on WASH for women. This is a one -year post recovery project to Oxfam's Category 2 Typhoon Ketsana Emergency Response.
