Frame agreement with NGO (SASK)

The project aims at strengthening the Philippine trade union movement by improving the organizational abilities and efficiency of unions in several industry sectors and in some multinational companies. The Labour Education and Research Network LEARN, which carries out this project originally begun in 2000 feels it has already significantly strengthened the trade union movement and increased its unity.
