This includes analytical, research and learning/development services and a help desk on a range of ad-hoc requests. Examples of services include initiative design and appraisal, analytical reports, data analysis, research synthesis and dissemination, professional development, performance monitoring and review. It is a multi-country initiative valued at $11.9 million over 4 years, starting 2008-09.
