This regional proposal covers national HIV positive networks of seven countries: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Lao, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Viet Nam. Most of the National Strategic Plans of the seven countries, but not all, call for Universal Access to care, support, and treatment by 2015. The Program will focus on strengthening the networks of people living with HIV (PLHIV) through trainings on advocacy, monitoring and documentation; collecting information regarding the challenges to access to treatment for PLHIV at the country level; and advocating for changes at the regional and national level for the betterment and higher quality of access to treatment for PLHIV. The goal of the Program is to improve access of people living with HIV to treatment, care and support services in these countries.
