1 To provide interventions that will ensure affected populations, particularly children, women and other vulnerable sectors, have improved access to WASH services. 2To support the rural health units in assisting affected people to cope and recover from any WASH related issues, whether they have returned, relocated, or remain displaced through delivery of enhanced gendered PH services during emergencies. 3.To ensure WASH programs and institutional frameworks such as WASH task forces are well resourced and mainstreamed into community programme within a disaster risk reduction framework.
