1. To build/strengthen the protective environment for children through a community based systems approach with particular attention to preventing abuse, exploitation and trafficking, including SGBV; 2. To prevent and respond to cases of Grave Child Rights Violations in situations of armed conflict, including recruitment and use of children, and attacks on schools; 3.To assist boys, girls and families in situations of profound stress in their return to normalcy through the provision of age appropriate psychosocial support; 4.To facilitate family tracing and reunification for separated, unaccompanied and orphaned children, and advocate for family based care and referral to appropriate agencies; 5.To build the capacities of LGUs, government agencies, NGOs and communities to provide child protection responses during emergencies;
