(a) Ensure access of GBV survivors to survivor-centered and multi-sectoral services; (b) Increase awareness of the affected communities (women, men, boys and girls) to ensure community-based protection measures are implemented; and (c) Strengthen the capacity of the local government and local NGOs to implement effective coordination, response, referral and reporting mechanisms on GBV in emergencies.
