Addressing protection issues and raising protection standards through strengthening institutions and communities

To strengthen the protection environment, UNHCR aims to 1) help fragile communities find solutions to their situation of displacement and 2) support key agencies that can monitor and address these protection concerns. To maximize the available resources, UNHCR, as a co-lead to the Protection Cluster, will ensure that responses are coordinated among the Government, the UN, and CSOs across Mindanao
