1. To provide operational relief to existing but overstretched Bohol public health system and strengthen access to emergency healthcare and referral services in order to reduce preventable morbidity, mortality and disability among IDPs and other vulnerable and hard-to-reach communities affected by the earthquake, particularly pregnant/lactating women, girls, men, boys, older people, injured, and those with chronic medical conditions and with disabilities 2. To contribute to the provision of direct psychosocial assistance and capacity building for humanitarian workers and community leaders in evacuation centers and other displacement sites on basic psychosocial systems and support.
