1. To increase the number of women, male, boys and girls seeking mental health and psychosocial services; 2. Provide culture and gender sensitive psychological support to women, adolescent girls, adolescent boys, men, old people and person with disabilities with common mental health issues and severe psychological distress; 3. Enhance the capacity of women and male health facility workers on identification and reporting of mental health issues from the target communities; 4. Capacitate cluster partners conducting mobile clinic and psychosocial activity on the identification of psychological disorders from their target beneficiaries and those referred to them by the community; 5. Provide psychological support assistance to women and male humanitarian and health workers operating in the target areas; 6. Strengthen the mental health referral system within the MHPSS sub-cluster; and, 7. Assist local health government units expand and strengthen the quality and sustainability of mental health program
