Provision of Psychosocial Support for the well-being of Children and Youth in Conflict Affected Communities of Maguindanao and North Cotabato

1. To respond to the needs of IDPs’ boys, girls, youth and person with disabilities (PWD's) in returned sites free from socio-emotional stress, enhancing their well-being linked with recreational and creative activities through bio-psychosocial initiatives; 2. To promote, enhance and establish awareness of men, women, boys, girls, youth and PWD's on the importance and value of physical and mental health in the community with the help of Community Support Group; 3. Develop various social, mental, communication, survival skills and coping mechanisms for the boys, girls and young people both men and women in the returned sites; and 4. Reproduction and distribution of related IEC materials (health, hygiene) for behavioral change and communication to children.
