All the displaced and affected population in Evacuation Centres (EC), Temporary Shelters (TS), Temporary Learning Centres (TLC), affected schools, health centers and Barangays (communities) have protected and reliable access to sufficient water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities. Specific objectives are: •To ensure affected populations, particularly children, women and other vulnerable sectors, have access to WASH services according to assessed needs •To support the government and local communities to both respond and recover from emergencies as well as become more resilient to future emergencies
