(WITHDRAWN) Tropical Storm Washi: “Return Home” Neighbourhood Revitalization Program

The Return Home program will be a comprehensive neighbourhood plan involving public and private components to enable the reoccupation of the once vibrant subdivision of “Emily Homes” in Barangay Balulang, Cagayan de Oro. This program will demonstrate that swift neighbourhood recovery alleviates the complex needs and discomfort of long-term transitional shelter or relocation support. One major goal is to provide a program that may be replicated by local governments or CBO’s or NGOs.
