Decrease the incidence and manage cases of GBV in ten (10) new target return areas (6 in Maguindanao, 2 in Lanao del Sur, and 2 in North Cotabato) through the institutionalization of mechanisms for the prevention and managemet of GBV in the community level. 1. Establish an effective community-based surveillance, monitoring and rescue system for cases of GBV in return sites. 2. Ensure access to appropriate and immediate medical and psychological care for GBV survivors. 3. Make functional and strengthen the referral systems for GBV survivors in return areas 4. Raise the awareness of IDPS in return sites about GBV, gender equality and women’s rights
