“Provision of enabling environment through actualization of basic services and developmental opportunities for the children and youth with disabilities in selected municipalities in Central Mindanao”

1.) To conduct assessment on the current situation of the children and youth with disabilities 2.) To facilitate the registration of Children and Youth with disability; 3.) To identify and respond to certain gaps in terms of humanitarian aid; 4.) To promote basic Health care through health education; 5.) To raise the awareness of the families and communities on Disability; 6.) To strengthen the capability of the Local government units towards delivery of effective social services for the disabled children and Youth; 7.) To provide Referrals and linkages to the medical, rehabilitation and developmental services including physical rehabilitation services, Counseling, Education, and vocational or skills training programs; 8.) To develop the skills of children and Youth with disabilities through workshops and skills training;
