1. To support the improvement of access to health services and facilities in conflict and natural disaster affected return communities. 2. To increase access to sufficient quantity and quality of medical supplies and drugs as well as help institutionalize management of existing supplies and avoid long gaps in dispensing particularly for communities affected by conflict and natural disasters 3. To contribute to the reduction of diarrhea and other infectious diseases, promote early warning and surveillance reporting by creating community organized health groups. Strengthen organized health groups of volunteer health services through capacity building, coordination of health volunteers, traditional birth attendant to engage in providing referral and other volunteer services and disease surveillance reporting.
