1. Provide access to quality early childhood care and development (ECCD) and Basic Education through regular and alternative delivery modes, Education in Emergencies or ECCD in emergencies for 34,383 affected children in the Cities of Iligan and Cagayan de Oro. 2. Strengthen child rights and protective mechanism in learning institutions in the Cities of Iligan and Cagayan de Oro 3. Enhance capacities of regular teachers on conduct of psychosocial services for severely affected children 4. Strengthen coordination mechanisms on Education in Emergencies in Region 10.
