Tropical Storm Washi: to support disaster and climate risk management including hazard and risk/vulnerability assessment in particular to assess climate/disaster risk vulnerabilities of Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Iligan cities, including all the municipalities around the CDO and Mandulog river basins; implement priority climate/disaster risk mitigation actions; mainstream climate and disaster risk management in local land use/development plans and regulatory processes; enhance socio-economic resilience of the poor and most vulnerable in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan cities, and establish local knowledge management system for communities around the CDO and Mandulog river basins.
