Increasing Humanitarian Capacity in the Philippines

This is a 3 -yr program that aims to build the capacity of existing humanitarian and development partners (particularly those in Mindanao) in humanitarian response, including internal Oxfam capacity particularly on logistics. The program will also include supporting the partners on ther advocacy work on protection of women IDPs, and developing partnerships with urban poor communities in Metro Manila at high risk for earthquake.
