[NOT APPEALING] Typhoon Bopha: Protecting Less Accessible Areas Through Mobile Monitoring and Legal Aid Response

1. Support impartial humanitarian response by addressing access and information gaps particularly of less accessible typhoon affected areas; 2. Facilitate speedier transmission of humanitarian information by bringing information gathering closer to the less accessible affected communities through the deployment of mobile teams; 3. Empower less accessible affected communities by engaging their self-organized community based monitoring mechanism, including obtaining their inputs on preferred solutions, and using these to inform the response of the humanitarian community; 4. Respond to cases of human rights violations through legal assistance including advice and advocacy whenever such incidents are reported; 5. Generate wider awareness of basic humanitarian principles and rights, and; 6. Work and liaise with other institutions, agencies, and organizations with related concerns.
