To strengthen the protection environment, UNHCR aims to 1) ensure effective protection monitoring including in land property and housing issues 2) ensure protection co ordination, mainstreaming of protection issues, and effective protection information management as the co lead of the protection cluster 3) provide essential protection items to extremely vulnerable communities such as solar lights 4) support the reconstruction and issuance of birth and other civil status documents to communities.
