Ensuring better and enabling environment for Persons with Disabilities in selected areas in Maguindanao and North Cotabato Provinces;

• To build developmental opportunities for the boys and girls with disability; • To recognize that persons with disability, female & Male, Boys and girls are the most vulnerable group of the community; • To conduct in-depth assessment on the plight of male and female with disabilities and the services currently available for them; • To be able to take necessary steps in responding the needs of persons with disabilities of both gender; • To re-build self-confidence and positivity among male and female with disabilities through provision of basic , holistic, participatory and informative health and rehabilitative services; • To endow right and common understanding on Disability among the target communities and families through awareness raising activities; • To promote DRR among Persons with Disabilities specially in times of Emergency through contingency planning; • To build/strengthen the referral mechanism for children and youth with disabilities though organizing of support groups and organization of female and male with disabilities;
