Typhoon Bopha: Joint Response Immediate Impact Post Calamity Interventions, Local Resource Based Employment Generation and Livelihood Recovery Interventions in Affected Areas (WITHDRAWN UNFPA component)

The overall project, Community based Emergency Employment (Cash for Work) and Reconstruction Project, will assist communities affected by Typhoon Pablo to recover through emergency employment creation and livelihood rehabilitation, including the provision of agricultural inputs. This will complement the initial CERF support requested for the short term clean up work to initiate and create emergency jobs to clear affected areas of mud and debris. Further, it will provide the transition of intervention towards rehabilitation of livelihoods and restoration of income generation capacities of affected communities.
