Tropical Storm Washi: Provision of shelter repair assistance for partially damaged houses and rehabilitation of other community infrastructure

Provide shelter materials and repair assistance for 500 houses partially damaged by typhoon Sendong 250 for Cagayan De Oro City and 250 for Iligan City—to make them more resilient to geologic and climate change induced hazards. Using a people’s process, develop the capacities of communities and individuals in assessing the vulnerability of their houses to identified hazards and increasing their capacities to develop innovative shelter and community solutions to adapt to the hazards.
